• Make checks payable to NC Community Foundation. Be sure to note that your gift is to the NC Medical Society Alliance Charitable Fund in the memo line. 

• Mail your check to North Carolina Community Foundation, 3737 Glenwood Ave., Suite 460, Raleigh, NC 27612. For honorary or memorial gifts, please include a note in your mailing stating who should receive recognition of the gift and their address.

Please notify the NCCF that the electronic transfer has been initiated and note that your gift is to the NC Medical Society Alliance Charitable Fund. Review the NCCF’s transfer instructions for electronic gifts of securities and from your IRA.
