Gifts made before midnight on Tuesday, Dec 2 will be included in our 2025 Holiday Sharing Card. Your donation will support our 2026 grants to nonprofits working to improve the health of North Carolinians.
Please find instructions below to make a gift via credit card or check. If you mail a check, please send us a quick email to let us know so we can include your name in our Holiday Sharing Card. Thank you!

Make checks payable to NC Community Foundation. Be sure to note that your gift is to the "NCMSA Fund" in the memo line.

Mail your check to North Carolina Community Foundation, 3737 Glenwood Ave., Suite 460, Raleigh, NC 27612. For honorary or memorial gifts, please include a note in your mailing stating who should receive recognition of the gift and their address.
Electronic transfer
Please notify the NCCF that the electronic transfer has been initiated and note that your gift is to the NC Medical Society Alliance Charitable Fund. Review the NCCF’s transfer instructions for electronic gifts of securities and from your IRA.
