NCMS Alliance County Affiliate End of Year Reports

The fiscal year for the Affiliates of the North Carolina Medical Society Alliance ended May 31, 2010.  Please submit your county’s report covering the period June 1, 2009 through May 31, 2010 no later than July 30, 2007 to meet Internal Revenue Service deadlines and to file a timely tax return. 

Each county affiliate must complete and sign the Affiliate Financial Statement for the period June 1, 2009 – May 31, 2010 and provide a copy of the May 31, 2010 bank statement and reconciliation no later than July 30, 2010.
